Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ritual. That’s why we offer a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Conditions for a return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in exactly the same condition as when you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept products whose seal has been broken or that have already been opened.

You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

How to initiate a return

To start a return, please contact us at jansturm4@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and all further instructions.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless the error is on our side (e.g. wrong or damaged item). We unfortunately cannot accept items that are returned to us without prior request.

Damages and issues

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can review the issue and find a solution for you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons and for your own protection, all of our cosmetic and body care products are excluded from returns once their packaging has been opened or the hygiene seal has been broken. This applies to all items that come into direct contact with the skin.

This measure ensures that every product you receive from us is new, unused, and hygienically flawless.

We are also unable to accept returns of discounted items (sale items) or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate order.

Additional 14-day right of withdrawal for the European Union

If your goods are delivered to a country in the European Union, you have the right, irrespective of the above, to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unopened, unused, and in the original sealed packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
