Shipping Policy

We want your Nail Ritual experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible – from clicking “Buy” to the moment you hold your package in your hands. Below you’ll find all the information about our shipping.

1. Processing time

We do our very best to prepare your order for shipping as quickly as possible. Our usual processing time is 1–3 business days after receiving your order. As soon as your package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email.

2. Shipping within Switzerland

  • Carrier: All orders within Switzerland are shipped with Swiss Post as A-Post Priority parcels.

  • Shipping costs: For orders under CHF 75 we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 7.

  • Free shipping: For orders of CHF 75 or more, shipping is free of charge.

  • Delivery time: After dispatch, your order will usually arrive within 1–2 business days.

3. International shipping (EU & United Kingdom)

We’re delighted to share our rituals with customers across Europe.

  • Carrier: International orders are also shipped with Swiss Post (Priority International with tracking).

  • Shipping costs: For all international orders (currently EU & United Kingdom) we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 19.

  • Delivery time: Depending on the destination country and customs clearance, delivery usually takes 5–15 business days.

  • Important note on customs & import fees: Please note: For deliveries outside Switzerland, you as the recipient are responsible for any customs duties, taxes (e.g. import VAT) and handling fees charged by your country. These fees are not included in the purchase price, are not charged by us, and must be paid directly to your local customs authority.

4. Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. This allows you to check the status of your parcel at any time.

5. Incorrect delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order. We cannot accept liability for parcels that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by you.
